Xiamen Rongchang Mold Design & Programming Training Studio is a professional training studio specializing in mold design and CNC programming training. Taught by a mold design engineer with 15 years of experience, the studio offers mentorship-style, hands-on instruction, delivering the latest and most practical technologies to meet industry demands. Our goal is to establish a high-quality mold training brand and provide resources for the mold industry.
Can a person with a low education level learn mold design? As long as you have an interest and are willing to work hard, it's possible! There's a saying: "Learning has no early or late; those who reach their destination first are the ones who succeed." If you find a good training institution and have a great teacher guiding you, and you engage in in-depth, systematic learning, mold design is an easy subject to master.
Is there still an advantage to studying mold design? As the "mother of industry," molds have a vast development space. It can be said that as long as there are products, there will be molds, and as long as there are molds, there will be mold design. With the transformation of enterprises and the enhancement of technology and management in recent years, China's mold industry has developed rapidly, especially in the field of automotive molds and export molds, which is particularly significant. The demand for talents is constantly increasing. In the Pearl River Delta alone, there is a shortage of several hundred thousand mold design professionals. Some companies are offering salaries over 10,000 yuan per month yet still can't find suitable talents! Currently, mold designers with basic training can earn a monthly salary of over 6,000, and after one year of work, they typically receive around 8,000 yuan. After three years, their salaries are generally over 10,000 yuan; this is the advantage of studying mold design! As long as you have work ability, you will never be unemployed in your lifetime!
Our Studio's Training Advantages: Can you master mold design just by learning a couple of software programs? Don't confuse software training with mold design! Many training schools today, in fact, focus mainly on basic software operations, lacking industry technical knowledge! Misleading students! Our studio is led by engineers with 15 years of experience in the mold industry. Ask yourself, how many training schools would hire instructors with over a decade of experience?

Studio Advantages:
1. Our studio instructors possess the three essential skills for mold design: a. Mold mechanism, b. Software operation, c. Machining technology;
2. Our studio operates through a master-apprentice system. Large training schools often have dozens, if not hundreds, of students, and how many can a teacher realistically attend to? Moreover, teachers are usually hired, so will they take the time to nurture you with heart and soul?
Are you still struggling to learn technology? Are you still working on the assembly line in a repetitive, mechanical manner? Are you still studying books, building in isolation, or watching online videos? Stop wasting time and money on futile endeavors. Open a design training studio to create such a great learning opportunity and environment for you – you definitely don't want to miss out!
Eligible Candidates: Aspiring youth with high school or above education, or workers in the mold and machinery industry such as CNC operators, milling workers, mold fitters, etc., as well as graduates from technical schools.
Class Schedule
UG Mold Design Phase Learning Content:
1. Mechanical drafting, CAD software commands, fundamental mold knowledge, machining processes, basic steps for drawing assembly diagrams, and applications of CAD auxiliary modules.
2. 3D software command explanation, product styling, product analysis, DFM creation, export mold standards explanation, and application of 3D auxiliary modules.
3. Mold Structure Explanation (mold types, tilting cores, slides, pinching, N-parting, etc.), demolding steps, product rational modifications, product parting surface construction, demolding techniques, full 3D, complete 2D assembly drawings.
4. Provide CAD drawings for mold components and UG drawings for mold components; prepare BOM with 0 piece order.
5. Comprehensive enhancement training where learners design according to the factory's design process, with teachers organizing evaluations and summaries.

UG CNC Programming Stage Learning Content:
I. Basic Course:
1. UG Installation and Interface Settings (UG Sketch Examples Explained) 2. Basic UG Modeling Commands 3. UG Curve Applications 4. UG Solid Modeling 5. UG Surface Patch Techniques 6. Product Instance Demonstrations 7. UG Machining Module and Engineering Drawing Explanation 8. Assembly and Automatic Molding Division
Section II: Basic Applications of UG Machining Module
1. Surface Milling: Be aware of the application, cutting method, and main parameter settings for surface milling.
2. Flat Milling: Be aware of the applications, classifications, cutting paths for different workpieces, settings of key parameters, and proficiency in flat milling
3. Cavity Milling: Commonly used for roughing out workpieces, learn to choose the right tools reasonably when the workpiece sizes vary. Cavity milling generally uses a cutting path that follows the periphery, with the main parameters' settings and mastery.
4. Cavity Milling Refining Corners: Primarily focuses on processing the excess material left after rough cutting with the upper tool; setting and mastering the main parameters.
5. Level Contour Milling: Often used for precise finishing on workpiece sides. When selecting tools, choose a reasonable tool based on the size of the R-angle at the bottom of the workpiece. Key parameter settings and mastery, example problem explanation, and related topic practice.
6. Curved Surface Milling: Commonly used for precision finishing of workpiece surfaces, typically employing ball-end mills for curved surface milling. Focuses on setting and mastering key parameters, with example problems and exercises related to the topic.
7. Hole Machining: Applications of G81 and G83.

Section 3: Factory Examples:
1. Electrode Processing: Learn and master the electrode processing and fixture techniques through multiple electrode instance explanations and practice, with special attention to points for processing special electrodes, such as ultra-high and ultra-thin electrodes.
2. Molding Frame Processing: Proficient in molding frame processing techniques, experienced in handling oversized molding frames.
3. Molding Core Processing: Understanding common molding core materials, knowledge of mold heat treatment processes, control of excess stock before heat treatment for molding cores, and precautions when processing the mating surface of front and rear molding cores.
4. Complete Mold Machining: Mastering the precautions for the complete mold machining process, integrating the common processing flow of the factory and the department's processing flow.
5. Product Processing: Craft considerations and parameter settings during product processing.
Completing the learning content in these stages through full-time instruction typically takes around three months. Upon finishing our courses, you'll be very familiar with the factory's operational processes, possess 2-3 years of work experience, and be able to independently perform as a mold designer and programmer. As the saying goes, 'Being rich is not as good as having a skill in your hand.' Three months of study will undoubtedly benefit you for a lifetime.
