Xiamen Rongchang Mold Design and Programming Training Studio is a professional training studio specializing in mold design and CNC programming training. Taught by a mold design engineer with 15 years of experience, it follows a mentor-apprentice approach with hands-on instruction. The studio aims to convey the latest and most practical technologies to meet industry demands, striving to become a high-quality mold training brand and provide resources for the mold industry.
Can someone with a low education level learn mold design? As long as you're interested and willing to work hard, it's possible, even with a junior high school education! There's a saying: "Learning has no fixed order; those who achieve first are the pioneers." As long as you find a good training institution and a skilled teacher to guide you, and study deeply and systematically, mold design is also an easy subject to master.
Is there still an advantage to studying mold design? As the "mother of industry," molds have vast development prospects. It can be said that as long as there are products, there will be molds, and as long as there are molds, there will be mold design. With the transformation of enterprises and the enhancement of processes and management, the mold industry in our country has developed rapidly in recent years, especially in the fields of automotive molds and export molds, which is particularly remarkable. The demand for talents is increasing, and the shortage of mold design personnel in the Pearl River Delta alone is several hundred thousand. Some companies are offering salaries over 10,000 yuan per month yet still can't find suitable candidates! Currently, the starting salary for mold designers from regular training is generally over 6,000 yuan, and after one year, most can earn around 8,000 yuan per month, with wages reaching over 10,000 yuan after three years; this is the advantage of studying mold design! As long as you have work capabilities, you will never be unemployed in this lifetime!
Our Studio's Training Advantages: Can learning a couple of software programs make you proficient in mold design? Don't confuse software training with mold design! Many training schools today primarily focus on basic software operations, lacking industry technical knowledge—misleading students! Our studio is led by engineers with 15 years of experience in the mold industry. Ask yourself: how many training schools would hire instructors with over a decade of experience?

Studio Advantages:
1. Our studio instructors have the three essential skills for mold design: a. Mold mechanisms, b. Software operation, c. Machining processes.
2. Our studio operates through a mentor-apprentice system. Large training schools may have dozens or even hundreds of students, but how many can a teacher really attend to? Moreover, teachers are usually hired in, would they take the time to cultivate your inner spirit and teach you?
Are you still struggling to learn technology? Are you still working on the assembly line in a repetitive, mechanical manner? Are you still studying textbooks, building in isolation, or watching online videos? Stop wasting time and money on futile efforts. Open a design training studio to provide you with such a great learning opportunity and environment – you definitely don't want to miss out!
Eligible Candidates: Aspiring youth with high school or higher education, or workers in the mold and machinery industry such as CNC operators, milling workers, mold fitters, etc., as well as graduates from technical colleges.
Class Schedule

UG Mold Design Stage Learning Content:
1. Mechanical drafting, CAD software commands, basic mold knowledge, processing techniques, fundamental steps for assembly drawing, and the application of CAD auxiliary modules.
2. 3D software command tutorials, product shaping, product analysis, DFM creation, export mold standard explanations, and applications of 3D auxiliary modules.
3. Mold Structure Explanation (types of molds, slider, ejector pin, thread forming, N-time parting, etc.), demolding steps, reasonable product modifications, product parting surface construction, demolding techniques, full 3D, complete 2D assembly drawings.
4. CAD for mold assembly drawings, UG for mold assembly drawings; preparation of BOM for 0 piece order.
5. Comprehensive intensive training, where students design according to the factory's design process, with instructors organizing evaluations and summaries.

UG CNC Programming Learning Content:
I. Basic Courses:
1. UG Installation and Interface Setup (UG Sketch Examples Explained) 2. Basic UG Modeling Commands 3. UG Curve Applications 4. UG Solid Modeling 5. UG Surface Patch Techniques 6. Product Instance Explanation 7. UG Machining Module and Engineering Drawing Instruction 8. Assembly and Automatic Molding
II. Basic Applications of UG Machining Module:
1. Surface Milling: Familiar with the applications, cutting methods, and main parameter settings of surface milling
2. Planer Milling: Know the application, classification, cutting methods for different workpieces, setting of main parameters, and mastery
3. Cavity Milling: Commonly used for roughing operations on workpieces. Learn to choose the right cutting tools wisely as the size of the workpiece varies. Cavity milling generally follows the perimeter cutting method, with emphasis on setting and mastering the main parameters.
4. Re-clearing corners with cavity milling: Mainly for processing the excess material left after rough cutting with the upper tool; setting and mastering the main parameters.
5. Equal Contour Milling: Commonly used for precision finishing of workpiece sides. When selecting the cutting tool, choose a reasonable one based on the size of the R-radius at the bottom of the workpiece. Focus on setting and mastering the main parameters, with example problems explained and combined with exercises related to the topic.
6. Curved Surface Milling: Commonly used for precision finishing of workpiece surfaces, typically employing ball-end mills for curved surface milling. Focuses on parameter settings and mastery, with example problems and exercises related to the topic.
7. Hole Machining: Applications of G81 and G83.

III. Factory Case Study:
1. Electrode Processing: Gain proficiency through multiple electrode examples and practice, mastering the electrode processing and fixture procedures. Pay attention to specific points during the processing of special electrodes, such as ultra-high and ultra-thin electrodes.
2. Molding Frame Machining: Proficient in molding frame processing techniques, experienced in handling ultra-large molding frame processing.
3. Molding Core Machining: Understanding of common molding core materials, knowledge of mold heat treatment processes, control of excess stock before heat treatment for molding cores, and precautions during the machining of mating surfaces on front and back molding cores.
4. Full Mold Machining: Mastering the precautions during the full mold machining process, integrating the common mold processing flow at the factory and the department's processing flow.
5. Product Processing: Process considerations and parameter settings during product processing.
Completing the above learning phase through full-time instruction typically takes about three months. Upon finishing our course, you will be very familiar with the factory's operational procedures, possess 2-3 years of experience, and be capable of working independently as a mold design programmer. As the saying goes, 'Being wealthy is not as good as having a skill in hand.' Three months of learning will surely benefit you for a lifetime.
