Xiamen Rongchang Mold Design & CNC Programming Training Studio is a professional training studio specializing in mold design and CNC programming training. Taught by a mold design engineer with 15 years of experience, it offers an apprentice-style, hands-on learning approach, delivering the latest and most practical technologies to meet industry demands. Our aim is to establish a high-quality mold training brand and provide resources to the mold industry.
Can someone with a low education level learn mold design? As long as you have an interest and are willing to work hard, it can be done, even with a junior high school education! There's a saying: "In learning, those who reach the destination first are the ones who learn first." If you find a good training institution and a good teacher to guide you, and engage in in-depth and systematic study, mold design is also an easy subject to master.
Is there still an advantage to studying mold design? As the "mother of industry," molds have a vast development space. It can be said that as long as there are products, there are molds, and as long as there are molds, there is a need for mold design. With the transformation of enterprises and the improvement of technology and management in recent years, the mold industry in our country has developed rapidly, especially in the fields of automotive molds and export molds, which is particularly significant. The demand for talents is ever-increasing, and the shortage of mold design personnel in the Pearl River Delta alone is several hundred thousand. Some companies are offering salaries over 10,000 yuan per month and still can't find suitable candidates! Now, the starting salary for mold designers with ordinary training is generally over 6,000 yuan, and after one year of work, most can earn around 8,000 yuan per month. After three years, the salary is generally over 10,000 yuan; this is the advantage of studying mold design! As long as you have work ability, you will never be unemployed in your lifetime!
Our Studio's Training Advantages: Can learning a couple of software programs make you proficient in mold design? Don't confuse software training with mold design! Many training schools today, in reality, focus primarily on basic software operations and lack industry-specific technical knowledge—misleading students! Our studio is led by engineers with 15 years of experience in the mold industry. Ask yourself: how many training schools would hire instructors with over a decade of experience?

Studio Advantages:
1. Our studio instructors are exactly equipped with the three essential skills for mold design: a. Mold mechanism, b. Software operation, c. Machining process.
2. Our studio operates through a mentor-apprentice system. Large training schools often have dozens, if not hundreds, of students, and how many can a teacher really attend to? Moreover, teachers are usually hired from outside; will they take the time to impart heart-to-heart teaching to you?
Are you still struggling to learn technology? Are you still performing repetitive, mechanical work on an assembly line? Are you still studying books, making things in isolation, or watching online videos? Stop wasting time and money on unnecessary endeavors. Open a design training studio for you to create such a great learning opportunity and environment – you definitely shouldn't miss it!
Eligible Candidates: Aspiring young individuals with at least a high school education or professionals in the mold and machinery industry such as CNC operators, milling workers, mold setters, etc., as well as graduates from technical colleges...

Class Schedule
UG Mold Design Phase Learning Content:
1. Mechanical drafting, CAD software commands, basic mold knowledge, processing techniques, fundamental steps for assembly drawing, and application of CAD auxiliary modules.
2. Explanation of 3D software commands, product shaping, product analysis, DFM creation, export mold standards, and applications of 3D auxiliary modules.
3. Mold Structure Explanation (mold types, ejector pins, sliders, thread forming, N-cavity splitting, etc.), demolding steps, rational product modifications, product splitting surface construction, demolding techniques, full 3D, complete 2D assembly drawings.
4. CAD for mold loose part drawings, UG for mold loose part drawings, BOM table preparation for 0 piece order.
5. Comprehensive enhancement training, where students design according to the factory's design process, with instructors organizing evaluations and summaries.

UG CNC Programming Learning Content:
I. Basic Courses:
1. UG Installation and Interface Settings (UG Sketch Example Explanation) 2. Basic UG Modeling Commands 3. UG Curve Applications 4. UG Solid Modeling 5. UG Surface Patch Techniques 6. Product Example Explanation 7. UG Machining Module and Engineering Drawing Explanation 8. Assembly and Automatic Molding
Section 2: Basic Applications of UG Machining Module
1. Face Milling: Know the application, cutting method, and main parameter settings for face milling.
2. Planer Milling: Know the application, classification, cutting methods for different workpieces, and the setting of main parameters.
3. Cavity Milling: Often used for roughing work on parts, learn to choose the right tools appropriately when the part sizes vary. Cavity milling generally employs a following-the-perimeter cutting method; setting and mastering the main parameters.
4. Reaming for mold cavity: Primarily for machining the excess material left after rough cutting with the upper tool; setting and mastering of main parameters.
5. Constant Radius Contour Milling: Often used for precision finishing of workpiece sides, the selection of tools should be based on the size of the R-radius at the bottom of the workpiece. Main parameter settings and mastery, example explanation, and combined with topic exercises.
6. Curved Surface Milling: Commonly used for precision finishing of workpiece surfaces, typically using ball-end mills for curved surface milling. Focuses on setting and mastering key parameters, with example problems and exercises related to the topic.
7. Hole Machining: Applications of G81 and G83.

III. Factory Case Study:
1. Electrode Processing: Through multiple electrode examples, practice, and mastery of the electrode processing process and fixture setup. Pay attention to key points for special electrode processing, such as ultra-high and ultra-thin electrodes.
2. Mold Frame Machining: Proficient in mold frame machining techniques, experienced in handling large-scale mold frame processing.
3. Mold Core Machining: Understanding of common mold core materials, knowledge of mold heat treatment processes, control of stock allowance before heat treatment for mold cores, and precautions when machining the mating surfaces of front and back mold cores.
4. Full Mold Machining: Mastering the precautions for the full mold machining process, integrating the common mold processing flow at the factory and the department's processing flow.
5. Product Processing: Craft considerations and parameter settings during product processing.
Completing the above learning stages through full-time instruction typically takes around three months. Upon finishing our courses, you will be very familiar with the factory's operational procedures and possess the equivalent of 2-3 years of experience. You'll be capable of working independently as a mold design programmer, as the saying goes, "Being rich is not as good as having a skill in hand." Three months of learning will undoubtedly benefit you for a lifetime.
