Our independently designed Constant Pressure Time-of-Use Water Supply system introduces a time-based regulation system to the existing constant pressure supply. It defines different set pressures based on varying time periods and customer water demand. This system is environmentally friendly, energy-efficient, and easy to operate with a simple interface, widely used in both residential and industrial water supply.
Gas-powered wind feeding automatic control system
The配套 gas feeding system is the most advanced particle material conveying method, distinguishing from the previous belt conveyors. It retains the following advantages of the previous methods: 1. Fully sealed pipelines for enhanced environmental protection, ensuring no dust pollution. 2. Low-pressure air conveying with pipeline pressure <2MPA, extending pipeline lifespan to over 5 years with occasional maintenance. 3. Spiral air conveying with a smaller material friction coefficient, material loss less than 3%, ensuring no clogging throughout its lifetime.
The electrical automation system includes our patented control module. The control system is composed of multiple stations, with each station using 200SMART for data exchange with the main station. The supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) system employs WINCC to monitor critical data, including alarms and trends. The system is modular for easier maintenance, and the user interface is friendly for simpler operation.
