Our self-designed Constant Pressure Time-Shifting Water Supply System introduces a time-regulating mechanism to the existing constant pressure supply. It defines different set pressures based on varying time periods and customer water demand. This system is environmentally friendly and energy-saving, with a simple and user-friendly interface, widely used in domestic and industrial water supply.
Gas-powered wind feeding automatic control system
The matching gas feeding system represents the most advanced method of granular material conveyance, distinguishing itself from the previous belt conveyors. It retains the following advantages of the previous systems: 1. Fully sealed pipelines for enhanced environmental protection, ensuring no dust pollution. 2. Low-pressure air conveyance with pipeline pressure <2MPA, resulting in a longer pipeline lifespan, typically over 5 years with routine maintenance. 3. Spiral air conveyance with a smaller coefficient of friction, achieving a material friction ratio of less than 3%, ensuring no pipeline blockages throughout its lifetime.
The electrical self-control system is equipped with our patented material control module. The control system is composed of multiple sub-stations, which use 200SMART for data exchange with the main station. The supervisory computer utilizes WINCC to monitor key data, including alarms and trends. The system is modularized for easier maintenance, features a user-friendly human-machine interface, and is simpler to operate.
