Our independently designed Constant Pressure Time-Sharing Water Supply System introduces a time-sharing regulation system to the existing constant pressure water supply. It defines different set pressures based on different time periods and varying water usage demands by customers. This system is environmentally friendly and energy-saving, with a simple and user-friendly interface, widely used in both domestic and industrial water supply.
Gas Turbine Feed System with Automatic Control
The matching gas feeding system represents the most advanced method of particle material conveying, differing from the previous belt conveyor. It inherits the following advantages of the former: 1. Full-sealed pipelines for enhanced environmental protection, ensuring dust does not pollute. 2. Low-pressure air conveying with pipeline pressure <2MPA, resulting in longer pipeline lifespan, typically over 5 years with maintenance as needed. 3. Spiral air conveying with a smaller friction coefficient, material flow ratio less than 3%, and never clogs.
The electrical self-control system includes our patented control module. The control system is composed of multiple stations, which use 200SMART and exchange data with the master station. The supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) system employs WINCC to monitor key data, including alarms and trends. The system is modularized for easier maintenance, featuring a user-friendly human-machine interface and simplified operation.
