Our self-designed constant pressure time-of-day water supply system introduces a time-based regulation system to the existing constant pressure supply. It defines different set pressures based on different time periods and varying water demand from customers. This system is environmentally friendly, energy-saving, and user-friendly, widely used in both domestic and industrial water supply.
Gas-powered Wind Feeding Automatic Control System
The matching gas feeding system represents the most advanced method for granular material transportation, differing from the previous belt conveyor. It boasts the following advantages over the previous methods: 1. The entire sealed pipeline ensures greater environmental protection and prevents dust pollution. 2. Low-pressure air transportation with pipeline pressure <2MPA, resulting in a longer pipeline lifespan, with maintenance every 5 years or as needed. 3. Spiral air conveying has a smaller friction coefficient, with a material flow rate less than 3%, ensuring no clogging throughout its lifetime.
The electrical automation system includes our patented material control module. The control system is composed of multiple stations, which use the 200SMART for data exchange with the master station. The supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) system employs WINCC to monitor critical data, including alarms and trends. The system is modularized for easier maintenance, features a user-friendly human-machine interface, and is simpler to operate.
