Our self-designed Constant Pressure Time-Sharing Water Supply System introduces a time-sharing regulation system on the basis of the original constant pressure water supply. It defines different set pressures according to different time periods and varying water usage demands by customers. This system is environmentally friendly, energy-saving, and features a simple and user-friendly interface, widely used in both domestic and industrial water supply.
Gas-powered wind feeding automatic control system
The integrated gas feeding system represents the most advanced particle material conveying method, distinguishing itself from the previous belt conveyors. It retains the following advantages of the previous system: 1. Full-sealed pipelines, making it more environmentally friendly and ensuring no dust pollution. 2. Low-pressure air conveying with pipeline pressure <2MPA, resulting in a longer pipeline lifespan, with maintenance every 5 years as needed. 3. Spiral air conveying features a smaller material friction coefficient, with a material ratio less than 3%, ensuring no clogging throughout its lifetime.
The electrical self-control system includes our patented material control module. The control system is composed of multiple stations, which use 200SMART for data exchange with the master station. The supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) system employs WINCC to monitor key data, including alarms and trends. The system is modularized for easier maintenance, with a user-friendly human-machine interface and simplified operation.
