The asphalt drum unloading equipment consists of the drum unloading box, an electric lifting door, asphalt drum loading trolley, trolley drive system, heat transfer oil heating system, heat transfer oil furnace exhaust heating system, asphalt pump and pipeline system, and electrical control system.
The cabinet is divided into two compartments: the upper compartment is a drummed asphalt unloading and melting chamber, which heats the asphalt drums by means of a bottom heat-conducting oil heating pipe and high-temperature flue gas from a heat-conducting oil boiler to achieve the purpose of asphalt unloading. The lower compartment is primarily used to further heat the asphalt extracted from the drums, reaching a pumpable temperature (above 110℃) after which the asphalt pump can be activated to pump out the asphalt. In the asphalt pipeline system, a filter is set up to automatically remove impurities from drummed asphalt.
The trolley is equipped with evenly distributed round hole buckets for precise positioning of each bucket during loading. The transmission system is responsible for loading and unloading the heavy drums filled with asphalt and the empty drums after cleaning into and out of the upper chamber of the box. The operation process of the equipment is centrally controlled by an electrical control cabinet, and necessary monitoring instruments and control devices are provided.
