Product Introduction:
1. Heating Method: The drum is equipped with an electric heating tank for heat-conducting oil and a heat-conducting oil radiator pipe. The heat-conducting oil is heated by electric heating pipes (the power of the electric heating pipes is determined by the drum's capacity), and the asphalt is heated by forcing the heat-conducting oil through the drum's heat-conducting oil pipes with a circulating pump.
2. Temperature Control: The start and stop of the electric heating tubes are controlled by two temperature controllers: 1. The asphalt temperature controller inside the tank, which primarily maintains the asphalt temperature within an appropriate range. The upper and lower limits of the desired asphalt temperature are set. When the asphalt temperature reaches the upper limit, the electric heating tube automatically stops; when it drops to the lower limit, the electric heating tube automatically starts. 2. The thermal oil temperature controller, which primarily controls the thermal oil temperature to operate within an appropriate range. When the thermal oil temperature reaches the upper limit, the electric heating tube automatically stops; when it drops to the lower limit, the electric heating tube automatically starts. This achieves automated production.
3. Local Heating Technology
Inside the asphalt tank, there is a separate smaller tank (the volume of which is determined according to the user's production requirements) that is isolated from the main tank. Most of the heat dissipation area (thermal oil electric heating tank, thermal oil piping) is set within this smaller tank. Part of this smaller tank is referred to as the high-temperature zone, where the asphalt reaches the required construction temperature in a short time with minimal energy consumption, providing supply for production.
One, the areas outside the high-temperature zone within the drum are referred to as the low-temperature zone. The low-temperature asphalt in the low-temperature zone is preheated by the surface of the high-temperature zone and a small portion of the heat-conducting oil coils outside the high-temperature zone. When the high-temperature asphalt from the high-temperature zone is pumped out, the preheated asphalt from the low-temperature zone enters the high-temperature zone simultaneously and in equal amounts due to the vacuum effect.
This technology significantly reduces the heating time of asphalt, enhancing production efficiency; maximizes heat utilization and reduces energy consumption; and completely avoids repeated heating of asphalt, preventing asphalt aging.
Three: Bitumen Handling: Designed with a 3-inch diameter insulated gear bitumen pump, flow rate of 18 m³/hour (actual flow rate up to 20 m³/hour), equipped with oil discharge trough, rotating asphalt pipe, three-way gate valves, bitumen pump, and oil discharge trough.
1. During unloading, switch the three-way ball valve to connect the asphalt pump with the unloading pit. Rotate the asphalt tube to align with the tank opening, and the asphalt tanker will discharge asphalt into the unloading pit. Then, start the asphalt pump to inject asphalt into the tank through the rotating asphalt tube.
During loading, rotate the three-way ball valve to connect the asphalt pump to the tank, position the rotary asphalt hose to align with the entrance of the asphalt tanker (or other asphalt equipment), and then turn on the asphalt pump to inject asphalt into the tanker through the rotary asphalt hose.
3. The thermal insulation gear asphalt pump features reverse and preheat functions. After loading or unloading is complete, turn on the asphalt pump in reverse to empty the pipeline and pump of asphalt. No need to clean the pump and pipeline with diesel oil; even if there is a small amount of residual asphalt that may cause the pump to stick, it can be preheated with thermal oil, thereby avoiding the hassle of stopping the pump for diesel cleaning and baking.
Material Configuration: The drum is made of Q235B 5mm thick steel plate, insulated with 5cm rock wool, and the outer shell is made of 0.5mm corrugated color steel plate. The heat-conducting oil piping is selected as GB/T8163 57mm×3.5mm seamless steel tube for fluid.
Five, Other Configurations: The drum is equipped with a distribution control box, a float ball rotary level gauge, a thermometer, a drum top platform, a ladder, and guardrails.
Six, Optional control room available, placing electrical control boxes, asphalt pumps, heat transfer oil circulation pumps, unloading troughs, and other equipment inside for a neater, more aesthetically pleasing, and rainproof, theft-proof appearance.
Section 7: This drum can be used with asphalt emulsion equipment, providing a heat source for heating water used in the asphalt emulsion equipment and for heating the asphalt pumps and pipelines.
