Product Introduction:
1. Heating Method: Equipped with an electric heating box and a heat-conductive oil radiator pipe inside the drum, heated by electric heating pipes (power of the electric heating pipes determined by the drum volume) which heat the heat-conductive oil. The heat-conductive oil circulation pump forces the heat-conductive oil through the radiator pipes inside the drum to heat asphalt.
2. Temperature Control: The start and stop of the electric heating tube are controlled by two temperature controllers: one is the asphalt temperature controller inside the tank, which primarily maintains the asphalt temperature within an appropriate range. The upper and lower limits of the desired asphalt temperature are set, and the electric heating tube automatically stops when the temperature reaches the upper limit and starts automatically when it drops to the lower limit. The other is the thermal oil temperature controller, which primarily ensures the thermal oil temperature operates within an appropriate range. The electric heating tube automatically stops when the temperature reaches the upper limit and starts automatically when it drops to the lower limit. This achieves automated production.
3. Localized Heating Technology
Inside the asphalt tank, there is a separate small tank (the volume of which is determined based on the user's production requirements) opposite the main tank. Most of the heat dissipation area (heat-conducting oil electric heating box, heat-conducting oil coil) is placed inside this small tank. Part of this small tank is referred to as the high-temperature zone, where the asphalt can reach the required construction temperature in a short time and with minimal energy consumption, ready for production.
One, the areas outside the high-temperature zone within the drum are referred to as the low-temperature zone. The low-temperature asphalt in the low-temperature zone is preheated by the surface of the high-temperature zone and a small portion of the heat-conducting oil coils outside the high-temperature zone. When the high-temperature asphalt in the high-temperature zone is pumped out, the preheated asphalt from the low-temperature zone enters synchronously and in equal quantity into the high-temperature zone under the action of negative pressure.
This technology significantly reduces the heating time of asphalt, enhancing production efficiency; maximizes heat utilization and reduces energy consumption; and completely avoids repeated heating of asphalt, preventing asphalt aging.
Three, Asphalt Loading and Unloading: Designed with a 3-inch diameter insulated gear asphalt pump, flow rate of 18 m³/hour (actual flow rate up to 20 m³/hour), equipped with oil discharge channel, rotating asphalt pipe, three-way swing valve, asphalt pump, and oil discharge channel.
1. During unloading, switch the three-way ball valve to connect the asphalt pump with the unloading trough. Rotate the asphalt hose to align with the tank opening, then the asphalt tanker discharges asphalt into the trough. Start the asphalt pump to inject asphalt into the tank through the rotating asphalt hose.
2. During loading, switch the three-way ball valve to connect the asphalt pump to the tank. Rotate the asphalt hose to align with the entrance of the asphalt tanker (or other asphalt equipment), and turn on the asphalt pump to inject asphalt into the tanker through the rotating asphalt hose.
3. The thermal insulation gear asphalt pump features reverse and preheating functions. After loading or unloading is complete, activate the pump's reverse function to empty the asphalt from the pipes and pump. There is no need to clean the pump and pipes with diesel fuel. Even if there is a small amount of residual asphalt that may cause sticking, it can be preheated with thermal oil, eliminating the hassle of stopping the pump for diesel cleaning and baking.
Material Configuration: The drum is made of 5mm thick Q235B steel plate, insulated with 5cm rock wool, and the outer shell is constructed with 0.5mm corrugated color steel plate. The heat-conducting oil piping is made of GB/T8163 57mm×3.5mm seamless steel pipe for fluid use.
Five, Other Configurations: The tank is equipped with a distribution control box, a float ball rotary level gauge, a thermometer, a tank top platform, a ladder, and guardrails.
Six, optional control room, placing equipment such as the electrical control box, asphalt pump, thermal oil circulation pump, and unloading pit inside the control room for a neater, more aesthetically pleasing, and rainproof, theft-proof appearance.
Section 7: This drum can be used in conjunction with asphalt emulsion equipment, providing a heat source for heating water used in the asphalt emulsion equipment production and for heating the asphalt pump and pipelines.
