Stainless steel electric pressure testing pumps, designed for hydrostatic testing of various pressure vessels, pipelines, valves, steam boilers, and for obtaining high-pressure liquids in laboratories.

This pump series is specially designed to meet hydrostatic testing requirements. It can quickly fill and increase pressure in the initial stage of testing (four cylinders operating) to shorten the test time, featuring a high flow rate. Once the pressure exceeds 1.6Mpa (this pressure can be adjusted lower), the flow rate automatically decreases to allow a more平稳 and gradual pressure testing process. Therefore, this pump has two flow rates at high and low pressures and can automatically switch between them. Any pressure testing with a value below the rated discharge pressure can be conducted.

II. Product Features:

This pressure testing pump is specially designed to meet the requirements of hydrostatic testing. Once the pressure exceeds 1.6MPa, the flow rate automatically decreases to ensure a more stable and gradual testing process. Therefore, this pump has two flow rates at high and low pressures and can automatically switch between them. Any pressure test within the rated discharge pressure can be conducted.
