I. Overview of DBY Type Electric Diaphragm Pump:
The DBY type diaphragm pump is a new type of pump that has made breakthrough progress in diaphragm materials in recent years. This pump is used in industries such as petrochemical, ceramic, and metallurgy, and its main feature is that it does not require priming water. Particles and sludge with a diameter less than 10mm can pass through effortlessly. Since the diaphragm separates the conveying medium from the driving mechanical parts, there is no outward leakage of the medium, and the pump itself has no shaft seal, significantly extending its service life. Depending on the medium, the diaphragm is available in fluoro rubber, nitrile rubber, etc., fully meeting the requirements of different users.
Section 2: Features of DBY Type Electric Diaphragm Pump:
1. No need for water injection.
2. Excellent throughput; particles and slurry with a diameter under 10 mm can easily pass through without any effort.
3. As the diaphragm separates the conveying medium from the driving mechanical parts, there is no outward leakage of the medium; and since the pump itself has no shaft seal, its service life is significantly extended. Depending on the medium, the diaphragm can be made of butyl rubber, fluororubber, nitrile rubber, polytetrafluoroethylene, Teflon (F46), etc., catering to the requirements of different customers.
4. The pump body's medium flow section can be customized as cast iron, stainless steel, lined with rubber, or aluminum alloy, with the motor options including standard, explosion-proof, reducer, and electromagnetic speed control motors.

Four: Caution for DBY Type Electric Diaphragm Pump:
Proper selection of diaphragms
The main component of the DBY type diaphragm pump is the diaphragm. Selecting the correct diaphragm can achieve twice the result with half the effort. When placing an order, users must specify the properties of the medium to be conveyed, so that different diaphragms can be fitted upon factory shipment. Generally, there are the following types of diaphragms:
Nitrile Diaphragm; primarily used for oil-resistant applications.
2. Rubber 5031# is mainly used for various acids and alkalis.
3. Fluororubber 6021# is mainly used for high temperatures up to 150°C: resistant to benzene and corrosion.
4. Food-grade rubber, for conveying food and beverages.
2. Cautionary Notes
1. The DBY type electric diaphragm pump must not have valves installed at the outlet. If valves are installed at the outlet, the working pressure must not exceed 4 kg to avoid any losses.
2. Refuel promptly to maintain the proper operation of the lubrication system.
3. During operation, the electric diaphragm pump should be used in an environment with a temperature below 40°C, and the motor temperature must not exceed 75°C.
