I. Product Overview:
The single-screw pump operates on the principle of reciprocating meshing volume and is a new type of pump. Its main working components are the eccentric screw (rotor) and the fixed sleeve (stator).
Due to the unique geometric shapes of the two components, they individually form separate sealed cavities. The medium flows uniformly in the axial direction, with low internal velocity, maintaining a constant volume and stable pressure, thus preventing the formation of eddies and turbulence. Each stage of the pump outputs a pressure of 0.6 MPa and a head of 60m (clean water), with an self-priming height typically at 6m. It is suitable for transporting media with temperatures below 80℃ (special requirements can reach up to 150℃).
Due to the stator being made from various elastic materials, this pump boasts unique characteristics for transporting high-viscosity fluids, as well as media containing hard suspended particles or fibrous materials, which are beyond the capabilities of general pumps. Its flow rate is directly proportional to the speed.
Transmission can be achieved through a coupling for direct drive, or by using a variable-speed motor, V-belt, transmission box, and other devices for speed variation.
This pump features few parts, a compact structure, small size, easy maintenance, and the rotor and stator being the wear parts of this pump, with a simple design for easy assembly and disassembly.
