The FYS type corrosion-resistant submersible pump is a vertical single-stage single-suction centrifugal pump, designed for conveying corrosive liquids without solid particles and those that are not prone to crystallization. It primarily addresses the issue of transporting highly corrosive media.
This pump features a vertical structure, with the pump body and impeller partially immersed in the liquid, thus occupying a smaller area. The shaft seal has no leakage, making it suitable for transporting corrosive liquids. The pump can be selected for explosion-proof and non-explosion-proof areas. In explosion-proof areas, explosion-proof motors are used, which are available in three different group and model types. When the operating conditions include various flammable and explosive mixtures, the group type should be chosen.

The FYS type engineering plastic corrosion-resistant submersible pump is a vertical centrifugal pump designed for pumping liquids directly immersed in chemical media. The pump integrates the advantages of non-metallic and metallic materials for design purposes, utilizing engineering plastics and metal overall lining, as well as composite and extrusion manufacturing processes. It boasts corrosion resistance, good strength, no leakage, lightweight, and easy maintenance. Depending on the medium and temperature differences, to meet the diverse needs of users, our factory can produce FYS type glass-fiber reinforced plastic submersible pumps using polytetrafluoroethylene (F46) and reinforced polypropylene (FRPP), with applicable temperatures of F46 at -50℃ to 120℃ and FRPP at -5℃ to 90℃. To prevent deformation caused by thermal expansion and contraction, the pump's connecting pipes are made of composite steel pipes with plastic coating on both inside and outside. The axial and radial forces generated during the pump's operation are supported by adjustable bearings, ensuring smooth operation and low noise. The lower part of the pump is equipped with a water bearing, and for pumps with a submersion length exceeding 1.5 meters, an intermediate water bearing is installed to ensure stable and reliable operation.
