I. Overview
The IH type single-stage, single-suction, cantilevered chemical centrifugal pump is an energy-saving and generation-altering product that replaces the F-type corrosion-resistant centrifugal pump. It is widely used in industries such as chemicals, petrochemicals, metallurgy, papermaking, food, and synthetic fibers, for transferring corrosive liquids with viscosity similar to water. The inlet pressure of the pump must not exceed 0.3 MPa.
The temperature of the medium transported by the IH-type chemical pump is generally -20℃ to 105℃. Appropriate measures can be taken if necessary to transport liquids at higher temperatures.

II. Pump Structure Description
2.1 The main components of the IH type chemical pump include the pump body, impeller, impeller nut, pump cover, sealing parts, suspension parts, etc.
The pump's structural features include: the pump cover is fixed to the middle bracket via a stopper, and then clamped in place between the middle bracket and the pump body. The pump body is designed for axial intake, radial discharge, and is supported by the base feet, allowing for direct mounting on the base. The suspension components are fixed to the middle bracket via a stopper and supported on the base. During maintenance, the进出口管路 and pump body can be inspected without disassembly.
Axial seals are available in various types, including packed and mechanical seals, and can be selected based on the properties of the conveying medium and the requirements of the production process.
2.2 The pump is connected to the motor via a coupling. From the driving end perspective, the pump rotates in a clockwise direction.
2.3 Material: According to the corrosion condition of the liquid, the appropriate material for the pump's flowing section can be selected. Main materials include SUS304, SUS316L, etc.
