IHF Series Fluoroplastic Alloy Chemical Pump Product Introduction:
The IHF is a single-stage, single-suction fluoroplastic alloy chemical pump. It is designed and optimized using computer technology, combining the processing technology design of non-metallic pumps. The pump body is lined with polytetrafluoroethylene (F46) inside a metal shell, while the pump cover, impeller, and shaft sleeve are made by integrating metal inserts with fluoroplastic, sintered, and pressed into shape. The shaft seal is filled with PTFE material, and the inlets and outlets are reinforced with cast steel bodies.
II. Features of IHF Series Fluoroplastic Alloy Chemical Pumps:
This chemical pump boasts corrosion-resistant, wear-resistant, high-temperature-resistant, non-ageing, high mechanical strength, smooth operation, rational structure, strictly reliable sealing performance, easy disassembly and maintenance, and long service life.
Section 3: Applications of IHF Series Fluoroplastic Alloy Chemical Pumps:
·Widely used in industries such as chemicals, petroleum, metallurgy, smelting, electricity, electroplating, dyes, papermaking, food, and textiles.
·Long-term transportation of strong corrosive media such as sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, aqua regia, strong alkalis, strong oxidizers, organic solvents, reducers, etc., under temperature conditions of -85℃ to 200℃.
