How to obtain a Kuwait TIR certification?

Kuwait Conformity Scheme (KUCAS) includes two types of certificates:
1) Technical Evaluation Report (TER)Valuation Report, used to certify that the products meet the scheme requirements and are eligible for export to Kuwait. In layman's terms: The TIR stands for "Product Registration," and after registration, a TIR customs quality certificate must be applied for before each shipment.
2) The Technical Inspection Certificate (TIR) is a mandatory document, full name in English: Technical Inspection Report. For every batch of goods exported to Kuwait, submission of either the TIR or the "Customs Clearance Permit," either document can serve as a prerequisite for final customs clearance.
If you are dealing with products from a heavily regulated catalog with frequent shipments, it is recommended to apply for a TER first. A TER certificate is essentially a product registration certificate.
Application for TER requires the following documents:
1) Product Test Report: This report must be issued by a qualified third-party testing agency. No further testing is required if an effective test report is already available.
2) Product Images and Technical Specifications
3) Complete the TER application form: Blank application forms are provided by the processing agency.
Submit the above documents to KUCAS for processing.
If shipments are not frequent, you can apply for a TIR certificate directly before each shipment.
To apply for a TIR, the following documents must be prepared:
1. Packing List
2.Proforma Invoice
3. Product Test Reports: Required from a qualified third-party testing facility. No further testing is needed if an effective test report is already available.
4. CoC Application Form: Blank application forms are provided by the processing agency.
