Polypropylene exhaust gas spray tower is a standard equipment for waste gas treatment. Waste gases are introduced into the spray tower through ducts, where they come into countercurrent contact with the spray liquid in the filling layer. After purification, the waste gases are discharged after passing through a demisting layer for dehydration and mist removal. The absorbent liquid circulates in the bottom cycle pool of the tower, transported to the top by a pump, sprayed down, and then returned to the bottom for reuse. PP/PPH is a non-toxic, odorless high crystalline polymer plastic that can withstand various acids and alkalis, has corrosion resistance, and can tolerate the majority of organic and inorganic acids, alkalis, salts, and some organic solvents, making it a commonly used material in corrosion prevention. Compared to many materials, it is lighter in weight, has good chemical resistance, excellent long-term usability, and high tensile strength, especially in higher temperature applications.
