Spray Tower - Working Principle:

As the smoke-laden gas with a certain intake velocity enters the spray tower body through the duct, the water spray impacts the water layer and alters the gas's direction of movement. Meanwhile, dust particles, due to inertia, continue to move in the original direction. Most of these particles adhere to the water and settle. After being bathed in the spray, some particles move with the gas, combining with the spray mist and recycled water for further mixing within the main body. At this point, the dust particles in the gas are captured by the water. The dust and water are then separated by centrifugal force or filtration, gravity flows them into the circulating pool, the purified gas is discharged outside, wastewater is treated in the pool and reused, and settled sludge is periodically removed and transported.
