Instructions and Precautions
Before putting into production, carefully inspect all fasteners for looseness and tighten them if necessary.
2. Before starting the vehicle, ensure the water tank is filled to the brim, open the pump inlet valve, then operate the corrosion-resistant pump. Strictly prohibit the pump from running dry or in reverse to prevent damage to the mechanical seal, impeller, and other components of the pump body.
3. Before stopping the vehicle, first open the vent valve or wait until the vacuum drops below 0.092 MPa, then stop. This prevents excessive vacuum from causing backflow damage to the check valve. (If the check valve fails, remove the cover of the check valve and remove any debris.)
4. When using a steam jet vacuum unit in series with compressed air, start the unit first before opening the steam valve, and when stopping, close the steam valve before shutting down to prevent overheating and damage to the water jet vacuum pump.
5. During the installation of steam piping, the piping must remain level to prevent water accumulation inside, otherwise it will affect the vacuum effect.
6. The circulating water in the tank should be frequently changed or replenished, and it's best to maintain a lower water temperature, as high water temperatures can affect exhaust volume and vacuum.
