I. Equipment Features:
PolypropyleneSeries vacuum units, featuring corrosion-resistant PP water tanks, buffer tanks, RPP water jet pumps, check valves, steam water jet pumps, and Roots vacuum pumps, form various series units. These units are compact, energy-efficient, high in vacuum, and portable.
II. Usage Precautions:
The equipment should be installed on a level and solid foundation to ensure the structural integrity of the equipment.
2. Before turning on, fill the water tank to the brim and open the water pump inlet valve. The water pump must not run dry or in reverse to prevent damage to the water source.
3. The carbonated beverage串联 unit should first start the water source, then initiate the water jet vacuum operation. After that, turn on the steam switch for the steam pump to start. For the Roots-Water Jet unit, begin with the water source, initiate the water jet vacuum operation. The Roots vacuum pump can only be started when the vacuum reaches -0.092 MPa. If the vacuum falls below -0.092 MPa, immediately stop the Roots vacuum pump. It is recommended to install equipment control electrical switches for easier operation.
4. During operation, the circulating water tank should be frequently topped up with cooling water and the circulating water replaced to lower the working water temperature and strictly prevent the presence of particles or debris in the circulating water.
5. When equipment is shut down, first close the steam valve, stop the Roots vacuum pump, open the vacuum tank's vent valve, and reduce the vacuum level. Then stop the operation. Otherwise, back suction and equipment damage may occur.
