Application:
The self-priming capability and strong working condition adaptability of this pump make it suitable for various industrial applications, including drum emptying, silo cleaning, liquid suction and discharge from underground pools, sampling, and conveying of fluids and semi-solids. For instance, during drum emptying, simply inserting the inlet hose into the drum allows for complete drainage. It effectively replaces centrifugal self-priming pumps, submersible pumps, gear pumps, and other types of pumps.

I. Product Introduction:
Flexible Blade Self-Priming Pump, also known as Flexible Rotor Pump, Flexible Rotor Pump, and Flexible Impeller Pump, is a new type of volumetric self-priming pump that vacuum吸取 fluids (no need to fill the pump initially) and compresses the discharge. It boasts both dry self-priming capability and strong conveying power, ideally suited for transporting shear-sensitive, medium to low viscosity materials, and those containing suspended particles. While featuring the stable, pulse-free operation of centrifugal pumps, it can also pump high-viscosity media like rotor and gear pumps. The rubber impeller operates without sparking, and when paired with an explosion-proof motor, it can safely convey flammable and explosive hazardous materials, ensuring zero safety hazards.
Section II: Working Principle:
① Inside the pump chamber, there is an eccentric bulge. As the flexible blades move away from the eccentric block, the volume between the blades continuously increases, creating a vacuum, which allows the liquid to be continuously吸入 into the pump chamber's inlet.
② As the flexible blades rotate, the liquid is drawn from the suction side of the pump chamber to the discharge side.
③ Upon re-contact with the eccentric boss, the flexible blades bend and are accompanied by a compressing action, ensuring a continuous and pulsation-free discharge of the fluid from the pump chamber, thereby completing the entire suction and discharge process.
Section 3: Flexible Elastomer Technology
As the core technology of the flexible pump, the impeller should possess elasticity, minimal deformation, and be able to withstand long-term bending and flexing without breaking or tearing. The impeller elastomer technology determines the pump's performance and durability. Currently, there are two materials for the impeller—hydrogenated nitrile rubber and silicone; nitrile impellers are mainly used for oil-containing media such as vegetable oil, mineral oil, gasoline, diesel, and aviation fuel. Silicone is primarily used in the food hygiene industry or for weak acid and weak alkali media.
