II. Structural Features:
(1) The RY thermal oil pump is a product developed by absorbing and digesting foreign oil pump technology. It features a basic single-stage, single-suction, cantilevered foot-supported structure. The pump's inlet is axial suction, and the outlet is vertically upwards in the center, mounted on the base with the motor.
(2) The RY type thermal oil pump employs a double-end ball bearing support structure. The front end is lubricated with oil, while the rear end is lubricated with grease. There is a guide oil pipe in the middle for observing the sealing condition and recovering the thermal oil at any time.
(3) Utilizes an auto-heat dissipation structure, which replaces the traditional water cooling design. This results in a simpler structure, smaller size, cost savings in operation, superior performance, and reliable use.
(4) Combining packed gland and mechanical seal, the packed gland utilizes high-temperature-resistant packing for excellent thermal adaptability, while the mechanical seal is made of hard alloy material with high mechanical strength and good wear resistance, ensuring sealing performance under high-temperature conditions.
(5) Utilizing third-generation polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE, commonly abbreviated) for lip-shaped seals, it has resulted in a leap in sealing performance. The reliability of the seal is enhanced by 25 times compared to rubber seals, with improved corrosion resistance.
