Product Information
The GASERA ONE CF4 analyzer combines ultra-sensitive cantilever beam enhanced photoacoustic detection technology with a quantum cascade laser source operating at the fundamental mid-infrared spectral absorption line of CF4. This combination offers sufficient sensitivity to reliably detect the smallest CF4 leaks without delay. It also boasts high stability, with calibration cycles ranging from a few months to several years, resulting in a low total cost of ownership.

4. Measurement Specifications
Response Time: Varies depending on the User Configurable Integration Time (C.I.T.) and gas exchange program, ranging from approximately 10 seconds to several minutes, depending on the average time and sampling details.
Detection Limit: Below 0.1 ppb
Dynamic Range: Over 5 orders of magnitude (i.e., repeatability: below 1% of the measured values under calibrated concentration operating conditions)
Accuracy: Better than 5% under calibration concentration. Limited by the precision of the calibration gas.
Temperature Stability: Environmental temperature variations within the operating temperature range will not cause drift.
Pressure Stability: Pressure fluctuations within the range of the sample gas will not cause drift.
