Hot-Dip Galvanized Cable Trays: A rigid structural system consisting of linear sections in槽式, 托盘式, or 梯级式 configurations, bends, tees, four-way fittings, and components such as brackets (arm supports) and hangers, all made from cold-rolled steel sheets with a hot-dip galvanized surface finish, designed to provide tight support for cables.
Hot-dip galvanized cable trays involve immersing the rust-removed steel components into a molten zinc liquid at approximately 600°C, causing a zinc coating to adhere to the surface of the steel. The thickness of the zinc layer must be no less than 65μm for thin plates under 5mm thick and no less than 86μm for thicker plates, thereby serving the purpose of corrosion prevention.

Application Range: Widely used in pipeline matching projects for metallurgy, petrochemical systems, and power distribution networks in various industrial fields. Capable of withstanding certain pressures without damaging pipelines and equipment during the transportation of flammable gases in petrochemical systems. Suitable for large-scale transmission towers, communication towers, outdoor installations, highways, tunnels, and offshore oil platforms, etc.
