Metal gasket with outer ring is formed by fitting a metal ring onto the outer circumference of the basic metal gasket. It consists of V or W-shaped stainless steel strips and non-metallic fillers, spiral-wound and spot-welded at both ends, typically made using stainless steel grades <304, 304L, 316L, 321, TA MON400> and asbestosis (graphite, PTFE, mica, ceramic) strips on specialized equipment. Metal gaskets come in four types: Basic Metal Gasket (NOTA-600A), Metal Gasket with Inner Ring (NOTA-600B), Metal Gasket with Outer Ring (NOTA-600C), and Metal Gasket with Inner and Outer Rings (NOTA-600D). Application: Sealing at flange connections in pipelines, valves, pressure vessels, condensers, heat exchangers, towers, manholes, handholes, and other industries such as oil, chemicals, metallurgy, power, ships, and machinery.
