1. Drum Vulcanization: The silicone sheets are formed by calendering machines, and the extruded silicone sheets are as wide as ribbons, available in rolls of several meters.

Together, widths and lengths can be cut to size freely.

Advantages: Fast mobility, low cost, high yield, rapid production speed, customizable length, even thickness.

Disadvantages: Cannot produce thick products; unable to manufacture over 10mm.

2. Molding Silicone Sheets. Molding silicone sheets are fixed-size silicone rolls formed by high-temperature vulcanization from silicone molds.

Has a fixed width.

Advantages: Stable production, capable of producing thick products.

Disadvantages: Low yield, high cost, uneven thickness, and only one fixed width available.
