1. Drum Vulcanization: The silicone sheets are formed by calendering machines, and the extruded sheets are as wide as ribbons, available in rolls of several meters.

Together, widths and lengths can be cut to size freely.

Advantages: Fast mobility, low cost, high yield, rapid production speed, customizable length, even thickness.

Disadvantages: Cannot produce thick products; unable to produce over 10 millimeters.

2. Molding Silicone Sheets. Molding silicone sheets are fixed-size silicone rolls formed by high-temperature vulcanization using silicone molds.

Has a fixed width.

Advantages: Stable production, capable of making thick products.

Drawbacks: Low yield, high cost, uneven thickness, and only one fixed width available.
