Oil-resistant rubber sheet, mainly composed of rubber (may include reinforcing materials such as fabric, thin metal plates, etc.), vulcanized to produce a flat product with a certain thickness and large area, commonly referred to as rubber sheet.
Available in pure rubber sheets and varieties with reinforced fabric or metal frame layers; categorized by use into industrial rubber sheets and rubber flooring; and by color into red, black, white, and oil-resistant green rubber sheets.
High hardness, general physical and mechanical properties, capable of operation in air at temperatures of 0~+60℃ with low pressure.
Made by calendaring and bonding compounded rubber, vulcanized using a flat curing machine or continuously vulcanized with a drum curing machine. Colors: black, gray, green, blue, etc.
Broadly used in industrial and mining enterprises, transportation departments, and building ground surfaces. Used as sealing rings, gaskets, door and window weatherstrips, and for laying workbenches and floors.
Oil-resistant rubber sheet performance: Operating temperature -30℃ to 80℃; works in oil mediums (engine oil, diesel, gasoline, lubricating oil) with sealing and anti-expansion properties. Oil-resistant rubber sheet specifications: Sheet thickness 1mm to 50mm, width 0.1m to 2m [1], length 1m to unlimited.
