Oil-resistant rubber sheet, mainly composed of rubber (which may include reinforcing materials such as fabric, thin metal plates, etc.), vulcanized to form a flat product with a certain thickness and large area, commonly referred to as rubber sheet.
Available in pure rubber sheets, rubber sheets with canvas or metal frame layers, etc.; divided by use into industrial rubber sheets and rubber flooring; and by color into red, black, white, and oil-resistant green rubber sheets.
High hardness, general physical and mechanical properties, capable of operation in air with moderate pressure and temperatures ranging from 0 to +60℃.
Made by calendering or extrusion molding of compounded rubber, vulcanized using a flat vulcanizer or a drum vulcanizer for continuous curing. Colors: black, gray, green, blue, etc.
Broadly used in industrial and mining enterprises, transportation departments, and house floors, etc. Serves as sealing rings, gaskets, door and window strips, and for laying workbenches and floors.
Oil-resistant rubber sheet performance: Operating temperature -30℃ to 80℃; works in oil mediums (engine oil, diesel, gasoline, lubricating oil) with sealing and anti-expansion properties. Oil-resistant rubber sheet specifications: Rubber sheet thickness 1mm - 50mm, width 0.1m - 2m [1], length 1m - unlimited.
