Four-fluorine grid supports are internal components in packed tower equipment, also known as packing support grid, packing support component grid panel. They are used to support the loose or regular packing above. The packing support grids are generally manufactured according to the drawings, and our company can also design and manufacture them based on the user's equipment conditions. Custom-made various packing support grids, stainless steel support grid panels, and plastic support grids according to the customer's tower internal component process conditions, tower diameter, and packing specifications.
Our PTFE grid packing supports the pressure grid with appropriate spacing between the plates, resulting in a very smooth surface. This significantly reduces the resistance to gas rising and liquid descending. Gas and liquid have fixed channels, and the fluid continuously washes and contacts between the plates, preventing dust-laden gas and liquid from stagnating, settling, accumulating, or clogging on the packing surface. PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene): It has an extremely high service temperature, a reduced hardness, low creep resistance, and a temperature resistance of ≈180°C. Color: milky white.
