
Application
We specialize in manufacturing corrugated structured packing and loose packing, which can be made from materials such as stainless steel, copper, aluminum, pure titanium, molybdenum, and titanium. These are applied in fields like spices, pesticides, fine chemicals, and petrochemicals. Structured packing includes mesh, wire mesh, perforated plate, and rolled perforated plate.
Principle
The dried material is added directly above the center of the shell, where it is stirred by the continuously reversing rakes. The material moves axially back and forth, constantly renewing the surface in contact with the inner wall of the shell. It is indirectly heated by steam, evenly mixed by the rakes, and crushed by the crushing rods, causing the moisture within the material to vaporize. Under the action of the vacuum system, both the internal and surface moisture of the dried material are more effectively removed. The vaporized moisture passes through a dry dust collector, a wet dust collector, and a condenser, before being exhausted from the outlet of the vacuum pump.
