Trough-type liquid distributorIt is composed of rectangular riser pipes, angle steel, and channel steel guide fluid pipes, dovetail or channel steel fluid retaining caps,铺板(laying plate), support rings, and support beams. The main difference from the disc-type fluid distributor lies in the two rows of small holes, larger at the top and smaller at the bottom, which are respectively located at the top, middle, or lower middle of the rectangular riser pipe. The unequal diameter small holes along the same vertical line are covered by the angle steel or channel steel guide fluid pipes.
Trough-type liquid distributorFour key technical aspects: leakage, levelness, thermal deformation, and fluid flow network. Detachable slot disks are more prone to leakage than welded slot disks. The field leakage test requirement is that localized seepage is acceptable, while dripping is unacceptable. For detachable slot disks, due to the thin bottom plate, even with tightly spaced bolts, it's difficult to ensure no dripping. Therefore, segmented flanges should be used to enhance sealing.
