Our factory specializes in the production of new wave-shaped structured packing and loose packing, which can be made from materials such as stainless steel, copper, aluminum, pure titanium, molybdenum, and titanium. These are applied in fields such as spices, pesticides, fine chemicals, and petrochemicals. The structured packing is categorized into mesh, wire mesh, perforated plate, and rolled perforated plate.
Principle
The dried material is added from the center of the top of the shell, where it is stirred by the continuously reversing rake teeth. The material moves axially back and forth, constantly renewing the surface in contact with the inner wall of the shell. It is indirectly heated by steam, uniformly stirred by the rake teeth, and crushed by the crushing rods, causing the moisture within the material to vaporize. Under the action of the vacuum system, both the internal and surface moisture of the dried material are more effectively removed. The vaporized moisture passes through a dry dust collector, a wet dust collector, and a condenser, before being vented at the outlet of the vacuum pump.
