Additive content: Homopolymer PP: about 4%; Copolymer PP: about 6%; 25%-35%. 2. Oxygen index: Above 40; 24-29. 3. Sample thickness: 0.8mm, 3.2mm. 4. Dropping phenomenon: Extinguishes upon removal from the flame; No dripping; Dripping. 5. Halogen content: 100% halogen-free flame retardant; Low halogen.

Lantek's filler column with an octagonal shape and high porosity features, providing a 360° unobstructed product with excellent anti-scaling and anti-blocking properties, reducing cleaning frequency and extending service life. The product offers various materials for selection: PP material - withstanding temperatures up to 65°C; PP+G - withstanding temperatures up to 82°C; PVDF - withstanding temperatures up to 110°C and resistant to strong oxidation, such as high concentrations of Cl?. All these materials are not degraded by bacteria or generated sulfuric acid. After operation, the filler does not cause interlocking, does not reduce efficiency, nor create short circuits. The high porosity results in lower pressure, with only a pressure drop of 120pa/m at a flow rate of 2.5m/s, significantly reducing operating costs.
