Metal rectangular saddle ring packingThe primary technical feature is the clever integration of the structural characteristics of both perforated annular packing and general rectangular saddle packing. It features circular rings, ring wall perforations, and inward and outward tongue pieces akin to perforated circular packing, as well as arcuate channels like those in rectangular saddle packing, avoiding overlap and enhancing gas-liquid turbulence. The flanged structure on both sides of the stainless steel toothed rectangular saddle ring packing increases mechanical strength and rigidity, while the circular rings formed by impact also act as reinforcing ribs for the packing. The saddle-shaped overall structure of the packing provides higher strength compared to rectangular saddle and Pall ring packings. Additionally, its lower bulk density reduces the weight load of the packing layer.
