Standard industry-made removable slot plate gas-liquid distributorIt consists of rectangular riser pipes, angle and channel steel liquid guide pipes, dovetail or channel steel liquid stoppers, laying plates, support rings, and support beams. The main difference from the disk-type liquid distributor is that the two rows of small holes, larger at the top and smaller at the bottom, are respectively located at the upper, middle, or lower middle part of the rectangular riser pipe, with the unequal diameter small holes on the same vertical line being covered by angle or channel steel liquid guide pipes.
Standard industry-made, demountable slot plate gas-liquid distributorFour key technical aspects: leakage, levelness, thermal deformation, and fluid flow network. Detachable tray slots are more prone to leakage than welded tray slots. Field leakage testing requires that local seepage is acceptable, but dripping is not. For detachable tray slots, due to the thin base plate, even with tightly spaced bolts, it's difficult to prevent dripping, so segmented flanges should be used to enhance sealing.
