Four-fluor distributor, PTFE tube distributorPolytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) has a low coefficient of friction, just 1/5 of polyethylene, which is an important characteristic of the fully fluorinated carbon surface. Due to the low intermolecular force between fluoro-carbon chain molecules, PTFE is also non-stick. PTFE maintains excellent mechanical properties over a wide temperature range of -196 to 260°C, and one of the features of fully fluorinated carbon polymers is that they do not become brittle at low temperatures. PTFE has a higher density, ranging from 2.14 to 2.20 g/cm³, and is almost impermeable to water, with a moisture absorption rate less than 0.01%. PTFE is a typical soft and weak polymer with less intermolecular attraction between macromolecules, resulting in lower stiffness, hardness, and strength. It can deform under long-term stress.
PTFE packing characteristics: PTFE has soft mechanical properties and very low surface energy. Additionally, PTFE boasts a range of excellent performance features:
High-temperature resistance: Long-term use temperature of 200~260 degrees.
2. Cold Resistance: Remains soft at -100 degrees.
3. Corrosion-resistant: Resistant to aqua regia and all organic solvents.
4. Climate-resistant: Higher aging life of the plastic.
5. High lubricity: Friction coefficient (0.04) lower than plastic, smoother than ice.
6. Non-stickiness: Possesses low surface tension in solid materials without adhering to any substance.
7. Non-toxic: Physiologically inert; excellent electrical properties, ideal C-grade insulating material, a thick layer of newspaper can block 1500V high voltage.
