High-density cabinets are mainly composed of tracks, bases, columns (sheet type), shelves, hanging plates, side panels, back panels, top plates, dustproof panels, protective panels, door panels, transmission mechanisms, anti-tipping, shockproof, dustproof, rodent-proof, braking, cushioning, catalog cards, and transmission devices, as well as sealing devices.
Composition:
High-Density Storage Cabinet
High-density cabinet
(1) The track includes the ground track and guide track.
(2) The frame includes uprights, hanging panels, shelves, separators, and dust prevention panels.
Pillar: The upright column that supports the entire structure.
Shelf Brackets: Placed between shelves for support and stabilization.
Shelf: A flat panel used for storing documents and files.
Separator bar: Used to separate documents stored double-sided, preventing chaos.
Dust shield: Located at the top of the frame, primarily used for dust prevention.
(3) The transmission system includes: chains, gears, handwheels, bearings, roller bearings, and locks.
The main shaft and bearing diameter is φ20mm, made of 45# steel manganese material GB3882-87 from Factory No. 5, featuring a Z390504 mounted outer spherical bearing. The short shaft tube coupling is connected for power transmission, ensuring reliable center straightness, with the frame moving smoothly, lightweight, and naturally.
(4) Chassis: Primarily used as the base for supporting the structure.
(5) Sealing Device: Prevents damage from collisions during the closing of the dense cabinet, and also reduces the noise generated by the opening and closing of the frame. It serves as a collision, dust, moisture, noise, and rodent barrier.
(6) Panels: Include inner panels, outer panels, and door panels.
(7) Top Panel: The top of the compact storage rack. Each compartment is equipped with a dust-proof device to prevent dust from falling into the cabinet interior, as well as a reverse prevention device at the top and bottom frame. Each movable single-sided cabinet top is fitted with a reverse prevention device.
(8) Catalog Cards: Located on the side panels of the cabinet, used for placing cards with categorized file information.
(9) Anti-tipping device: Installed on the guide rail, used to stabilize the compact storage cabinet and prevent it from toppling.
