(1) The track includes the ground track and guide track.
(2) The frame includes columns, mounting plates, shelves, separators, and dust guards.
Pillar: The upright column supporting the entire frame.
Shelf Bracket: Placed between shelves for support and stabilization purposes.
Shelving: A flat panel for storing documents and files.
Separator bar: Used to separate documents stored on both sides, preventing disarray.
Dust Shield: Located at the top of the frame, primarily used for dust prevention.
(3) The transmission unit includes: chains, gears, handwheels, bearings, roller wheels, and locks.
The main shaft and bearing diameter is φ20mm, made of 45# steel manganese material from Factory 5 according to GB3882-87, featuring a Z390504 mounted outer spherical bearing. It is connected by a short shaft tube sleeve for power transmission, ensuring reliable central straightness. The frame moves smoothly, easily, and naturally.
(4) Chassis: Mainly used as the base for supporting the structure.
(5) Sealing Device: Prevents damage caused by impacts during the closing of the compact storage cabinet, while also reducing noise generated by the opening and closing of the shelves. It serves as a collision, dust, moisture, noise, and rodent barrier.
(6) Panels: Include inner panels, outer panels, and door panels.
(7) Top Shelf: The top of the compact storage unit, each bin top equipped with a dustproof device to prevent dust from falling into the cabinet; anti-tip devices are included for the top and bottom frames of each bin. Each movable single-sided bin top is fitted with an anti-tip device.
(8) Catalog Cards: Located on the side panels of the cabinet, used for placing cards with classified information.
(9) Anti-Tip Device: Installed above the track, used to stabilize the compact storage cabinets and prevent them from toppling over.
