(1) The track includes ground track and guide track.
(2) The structure includes columns, mounting panels, shelves, partition bars, and dustproof panels.
Pillar: The vertical column that supports the entire structure.
Shelf Bracket: Placed between shelves for support and stabilization purposes.
Shelving: A flat panel for storing documents and files.
Separator bar: Used to separate documents stored on both sides, preventing chaos.
Dust Shield: Placed at the top of the frame, primarily used for dust prevention.
(3) The transmission system includes: chains, gears, handwheels, bearings, rollers, and locks.
The main shaft and bearing have a diameter of φ20mm. Made of 45# steel manganese material from Factory 5 according to GB3882-87, equipped with a Z390504 mounted spherical bearing. The short shaft tube is connected for transmission, featuring reliable center straightness, smooth, lightweight, and natural movement of the frame.
(4) Chassis: Primarily used as the base for supporting the structure.
(5) Sealing Device: Prevents damage caused by impact during the closing of the密集柜, and also reduces the noise produced by the opening and closing of the racks. It serves as a collision, dust, moisture, noise, and rodent protector.
Panel: Includes inner panel, outer panel, and door panel.
(7) Top Panel: The top of the dense cabinet frame. Each storage compartment is equipped with a dust-proof device to prevent dust from falling into the cabinet interior, as well as a reverse-preventing device on the top and bottom frames. Each movable single-sided cabinet top is fitted with a reverse-preventing device.
(8) Catalog Cards: Located on the side panels of the cabinet, used for placing cards with categorized information.
(9) Anti-Tip Device: Installed on the track, used to stabilize the compact storage cabinet and prevent it from toppling over.
