(1) The track includes ground track and guide rail.

(2) The frame includes columns, hanging panels, shelves, partition rods, and dust-proof panels.

Pillars: Vertical columns supporting the entire frame.

Shelf Brackets: Placed between shelves for support and stabilization.

Shelving: A flat surface for storing documents and files.

Separation Bar: Used to separate documents stored double-sided, preventing disarray.

Dust Shield: Placed at the top of the frame, primarily used for dust prevention.

(3) The transmission system includes: chains, gears, handwheels, bearings, roller, and lock.

The main shaft and bearing have a diameter of φ20mm, made of 45# steel manganese steel material from Factory 5 according to GB3882-87, equipped with a Z390504 mounted spherical ball bearing. The short shaft tube is connected for power transmission, ensuring reliable central straightness, with the frame moving smoothly, lightweight, and naturally.

(4) Chassis: Primarily used as the base for supporting the structure.

(5) Sealing Device: Prevents damage caused by impact during the closing of the密集柜, and also reduces the noise generated by the opening and closing of the racks. It serves as a collision, dust, moisture, noise, and rodent barrier.

(6) Panels: Include inner panels, outer panels, and door panels.

(7) Top Shelf: The top of the dense storage cabinet body, each compartment is equipped with a dust-proof device to prevent dust from falling into the cabinet, as well as a tip-proof device on the top and bottom frame of the cabinet: each movable single-sided cabinet top is fitted with a tip-proof device.

(8) Directory Cards: Located on the side panels of the cabinet, used for placing cards with categorized information.

(9) Anti-tip device: Installed on the guide rail, used to stabilize the mobile storage cabinets and prevent them from toppling over.
