Long-distance Pipeline Insulation Joints, Walnut-shaped Insulation Joints, Customized Non-standard Products, Product Details: Insulation joints are the improved generation products based on the issues encountered with insulation flanges in use, serving as critical pressure components in the cathodic protection system of steel pipelines. They are applied in the cathodic protection systems of steel pipelines. Insulation joints are a general term for pipeline joints that require sealing performance, strength, and electrical corrosion resistance for buried steel pipelines. They include components such as assembly, insulation board, filler, sealing ring, and short pipe. Service Life: Same as pipeline; Applicable Media: Oil, gas, water, chemical raw materials, slurry. The integral insulation joints are composed of: upper and lower pipes, sleeve, insulation parts, sealing parts, and insulation coating. Insulation and sealing parts are sandwiched between the upper and lower pipe ends of the insulation joint, forming a double-sealed structure with insulation properties. The sleeve is welded with bevel or directly welded to the upper pipe, securely enclosing the insulation parts and the upper and lower pipes inside, forming a "sealing container," thus ensuring excellent insulation performance and significantly enhancing the pressure-bearing capacity of the insulation structure.
