Chain conveyors are powered by a motor and reducer, using standard chains as the carrying surface. By parallelly arranging multiple chains, the conveyor can be made very wide and achieve differential speeds. This allows multiple conveyors to merge into a single line without compression, or vice versa, converting a single line into multiple lines while moving slowly, to meet the requirement of large-scale material supply. We can design the heads and tails of two chain conveyors to overlap, creating a mixed chain, so that bottles (tins) are in a dynamic transition state, ensuring no material is left on the conveyor line. This can accommodate pressure and pressure-free conveyance for both empty and filled bottles.
