Chain conveyor uses standard chain plates as the carrying surface, powered by a motor and reducer. By parallel arrangement of multiple chain plates, the conveyor can be made very wide and achieve differential speed, converting multiple parallel conveyances into a single row without compression, or vice versa, allowing a single row to become multiple and move slowly, meeting the requirement for large-scale material supply. We can design the heads and tails of two chain conveyors to overlap in a mixed chain configuration, keeping the bottles (tins) in a dynamic transition state, ensuring no material is left on the conveyor line. This setup can accommodate pressure and pressureless conveyance for both empty and filled bottles.
