Chain conveyors use standard chains as the load-bearing surface, powered by a motor and reducer. By parallel arrangement of multiple chains, we can make the conveyor wide and achieve differential speed, using the speed difference of the chains to change multiple conveyors into a single row without compression, or vice versa, making a single row into multiple rows while moving slowly. This meets the requirements for large-scale feeding. We can design the heads and tails of two chain conveyors to overlap as a mixed chain, keeping the bottles (tins) in a dynamic transition state, ensuring no material buildup on the conveyor, and accommodating pressure-free, pressurized, and pressureless conveying for empty and full bottles.

Bend chain plates are available in widths of 82.5, 114.3, 152.4, 190.5, and 304.8.
