Ceiling-mounted LED Black Light ST700
The ST700 is the latest generation of ceiling-mounted LED black light by US Flux, offering high-intensity, wide-spectrum ultraviolet light, specifically designed for fluorescent penetrant testing and magnetic particle inspection in the non-destructive testing industry.

The ST700 covers the detection area with a wide and uniformly distributed ultraviolet light, reducing the detection time by minimizing the number of part movements. The high-intensity ultraviolet light makes defects bright and clear, speeding up the inspection process. The unique lens and integrated filter minimize visible light brightness and maintain the ultraviolet light intensity even after prolonged exposure.
The ST700 is designed for use in harsh environments, featuring a high-strength aluminum structure to prevent accidental damage to the lighting fixture. Its highly flexible installation positions and angles ensure that the black light can be mounted at any location during the inspection process—from horizontal magnetometers to cleaning stations.
ST700 has passed the non-destructive testing LED black light standard, as well as aerospace and OEM spectral and beam intensity distribution certifications. Each unit is shipped with a manufacturer's certificate of compliance or exceedance with all current fluorescent penetrant and magnetic particle inspection standards.
Product Advantages
Accelerate the inspection process
With a larger irradiation range, more workpieces can be inspected in a single run. At a working distance of 91 cm, the irradiation range extends to 50 x 66 cm.
No need for an additional handheld black light for extra inspections.
Reduce the risk of false negatives
At 38 cm, the irradiance reaches 7,000 microwatts/square centimeter, making the defect indication bright and clear.
The suspended installation method does not interfere with operation, allowing it to hang 117 cm above the surface to be inspected while still ensuring the required irradiance for detection.
Chemical application scope
Meets ASTM and RRES standards, suitable for nearly all fluorescence non-destructive testing.
Custom UV filters can reduce white light to the lowest level, achieving ideal contrast.
Multiple installation options and angles available to meet your testing environment requirements.
Unparalleled reliability
Eliminate harmful mercury vapor lamps to create a safer work environment and enhance EHS standards.
Built-in white light illumination makes maintenance and adjustment of equipment easier.
