Curved Array Probes and Water-Immersion Corner wedges for Curved Array Probes
The housing of the curved array probe is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel, ensuring waterproof performance at depths of no more than 1 meter underwater. These probes have an acoustic impedance matched to water. They are compatible with adjustable water immersion wedges, capable of detecting delamination defects in composite materials as well as internal rounded corners of carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP) products.

Advantages and Features
Acoustic impedance matched to water.
On the circumference around the circumradius, higher resolution
Corrosion-resistant stainless steel housing
Guaranteed waterproof at a depth of 1 meter underwater.
Compatible with adjustable water-impregnated wedges
Typical Applications
Detection of rounded corners in carbon fiber reinforced polymers (CFRP)
Inspect composite materials to detect delamination defects.

Water-impregnated corner wedges for curved array probes feature specific radii and angles, and their radii can be adjusted to accommodate various workpiece inspections. These wedges are designed for manual scanning and are intended to be used in conjunction with the Mini-Wheel encoder.

Advantages and Features
With specific radii and angles, and the ability to adjust the radius to accommodate various workpiece inspections.
The design of the wedge allows for manual scanning completion.
Can be used with Mini-Wheel encoder
