JS-504 Series Corrosion Inhibitor and Scale Inhibitor

The JS-504 series corrosion and scale inhibitors are composite sulfonic acid water treatment agents developed further based on the performance characteristics of water treatment chemicals both domestically and internationally. They have more pronounced scale inhibition, dispersal, and corrosion inhibition properties. Not only can they effectively prevent the precipitation of CaCO3, but they also exhibit good inhibition of Ca3(PO4)2 and zinc salt deposits. Particularly, their corrosion and scale inhibition effects are superior in hard, alkaline, and high pH water systems.
Performance
This product can react with scale-forming ions in water through various mechanisms including complexation, chelation, electron exchange, and chemical coagulation. PreventsDeposition of CaCO3, Ca3(PO4)2, and zinc salts.

Instructions for Use
Directly added to the cooling water circulation system, power plant usage is generally:3-10mg/L; other industries may refer to the usage according to the screening of the formula (the exact dosage needs to be determined after simulation tests).
